Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients and staff
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Must provide state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious/medical exemption
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and nursing instructions
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift
• Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
