Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, mobility, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
- BLS/CPR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
