Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Varies, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening / PM shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care
Help with meals, transfers, and basic comfort measures with dignity

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Compassionate approach to resident-centered care
Ability to meet any state-required background checks and screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and basic nursing support
Safe transfer and positioning techniques
Infection control and basic hygiene practices
Accurate documentation and observational skills
Ability to follow care plans and directions from licensed nurses
