Shift Type: Shift 2 (evening), 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Support residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment for residents and staff
- Communicate openly with the care team to ensure each resident's needs are met
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
- Current CPR/BLS certification is a plus
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with the elderly
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred, but new graduates are welcome
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of resident rights, dignity, and privacy
- Basic medical terminology and vital sign measurements
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
