Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for residents
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure each patient's well-being

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check and provide identification
• A caring and dependable attitude with a passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and basic nursing assistant skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
