Shift Type: Shift 2, 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM (per diem, as needed)
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Assist with meals and document food and fluid intake
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
- Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to document care accurately and timely
- Empathy and a resident-centered approach
- Basic observational and problem-solving skills
