Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility, transferring, and positioning for safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Must meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements or have an approved exemption
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including weekends if needed
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
• Active listening and empathy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail in documentation and observations
