Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Support nursing staff with daily tasks and patient care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety standards
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and documenting patient information
• Understanding of infection control procedures
• Skills in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
