Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities to residents
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent bedside manner and empathy
