Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, brightening their days
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes with keen attention
Support activities of daily living with patience and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable and ready to jump into per diem opportunities

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and teamwork
Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
