Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition promptly
Support safe transfers and positioning while following facility protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
Help create a comfortable, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Ability to work overnight 12.5-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Comfortable performing hands-on resident care and following care plans
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Must be able to meet facility requirements for health and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital signs collection and documentation
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Comfortable with resident transfer and positioning techniques
Clear communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
