Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes
• Develop and implement therapy protocols aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
• Mentor PT, PTA, and SLP staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans with nursing, medical, and social work teams
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and productivity to meet the 40‑hour weekly target
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including heart‑failure certification requirements

Qualifications

• Current licensure as PT, PTA, or SLP in Maine
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation settings
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage schedules and oversee a multidisciplinary team
