Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective HR programs and solutions that support the business
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Support employee relations and performance management with empathy and clear communication
- Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment questions
- Ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment laws and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and reporting to inform decisions and continuous improvements
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance the employee experience
Qualifications
- Experience working in corporate HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, or employee relations
- Comfortable using HRIS platforms and common office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Knowledge of employment law basics and HR compliance
- Recruiting and onboarding best practices
- Benefits administration and vendor coordination
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable with data reporting, metrics, and process documentation
