Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings for patients on a fast-paced 18-bed unit
• Provide acute care to a diverse patient population including trauma, orthopedic, neuro/stroke and general telemetry patients
• Administer medications and comprehensive pain control while following orthopedic and neurovascular precautions
• Perform neurovascular checks, frequent ambulation and repositioning to support patient recovery
• Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver seamless, high-quality care
• Document patient assessments and interventions in Meditech EMR with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Telemetry RN experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIH Certification preferred
• Trauma/ortho and neuro/stroke experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and a teamwork-oriented mindset
