Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for every patient
• Assist our orthodontist with braces and Invisalign procedures, delivering gentle and effective care
• Take and process dental X-rays, helping with accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Educate patients on proper care for their braces and aligners, empowering them on their journey
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, supporting a smooth clinical workflow
• Collaborate with a friendly dental team to create a positive experience for all patients

Qualifications

• Proven experience in orthodontics, specifically with braces and Invisalign
• Current Dental Assistant certification or license where applicable
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and patient safety
• Excellent communication skills with a caring, patient-first attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a smile

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep knowledge of orthodontic procedures, materials, and equipment
• Skilled in taking digital X-rays and managing dental software
• Proficient in maintaining strict infection control protocols
• Experienced in patient education and comfort techniques
• Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a busy clinic
