Location: Spokane, Washington
Start Date: 05-19-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6-hour blocks as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
- Assist surgeons during procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain sterile fields to protect patient safety
- Anticipate needs and support the surgical team seamlessly
- Contribute to outstanding patient outcomes every shift
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in surgical settings a plus
- Ready to thrive in a dynamic OR environment
Education
- Completion of accredited surgical technology program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
- Strong knowledge of operating room protocols
- Quick thinking and attention to detail under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication skills
