Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform surgical scrub duties in cardiovascular operating room
- Assist in various surgical procedures including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gynecology
- Prepare and maintain sterile field
- Ensure availability of surgical instruments and supplies
- Collaborate with surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
- Experience in CVOR and main OR
- Ability to single scrub cardiac cases
- BLS certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of sterile technique
- Proficiency in scrub roles for multiple specialties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
