Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance; weekend and holiday rotation required.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients across multiple facilities in Zone 3
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, titrating heparin drips as needed
Float between units and facilities as assigned, ensuring continuity of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans
Adapt quickly to different acute care settings including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, and more

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Previous neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to different hospital environments

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
Proficiency in heparin drip titration
Excellent critical thinking and adaptability
Effective communication and teamwork
Familiarity with various patient populations: cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, etc.
