Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult outpatient therapy patients with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
• Provide occasional inpatient acute care and early intervention services as needed
• Utilize our warm water therapy pool for specialized treatments
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including a pediatric PTA and rehab aides
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Participate in first-week orientation to ensure a smooth start

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• At least some pediatric experience required; comfortable treating both kids and adults
• Ability to independently schedule and manage caseload of 8-10 patients per day
• Willingness to commute or relocate within 60 miles of Fort Morgan

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in pediatric outpatient therapy
• Experience with developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic conditions
• Ability to work collaboratively with occupational therapists and PTAs
• Excellent documentation and time management skills
• Proficiency in using a warm water therapy pool for rehabilitation
