Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are ready
Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures with precision and care
Maintain sterile fields and follow strict infection control protocols
Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently throughout each case
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
Active BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Operating room procedures and protocols
Sterile technique and infection prevention
Surgical instrumentation knowledge
Patient safety standards
Team collaboration in high-pressure settings
