Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures
• Collaborate with cardiologists and nursing staff for patient care
• Ensure accurate documentation and inventory management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of scrub tech experience, preferably in cath lab
• Active ARRT(R) certification
• Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications
• Arizona state license (must be currently active)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control
• Familiarity with cath lab instrumentation and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
