Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in a virtual integrated care nursing model
• Monitor telemetry and manage patient vitals
• Read and interpret patient strips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Float to other med/surg units as needed
• Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards
• Document patient care accurately in Paragon system

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Texas
• BLS certification
• 3+ years of experience in med/surg or telemetry
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to read and interpret patient strips
• Willingness to work 12‑hour night shifts and float to other units
