Shift Type: 6-hour per diem shifts, schedule as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare pediatric patients for surgery with care and precision
- Monitor vital signs and ensure pre-op safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Provide comforting support to children and families
- Contribute to positive surgical outcomes in a specialized setting
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Compassionate demeanor for working with kids
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced pre-op environment
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong pre-op assessment skills
- Pediatric patient handling expertise
- Excellent communication with families
- Attention to detail in surgical prep
- Team-oriented mindset
