Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-acuity care to pediatric patients in the PICU
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to critical changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Advocate fiercely for young patients and their families
- Utilize advanced skills to support life-saving interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- PICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Passionate about pediatric critical care
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in pediatric intensive care protocols
- Strong assessment and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication with patients and families
- Proficiency with PICU equipment and technology
