Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6 hours each, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional critical care to pediatric patients
- Monitor and assess young patients in the PICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
- Provide compassionate family-centered nursing care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- Pediatric ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Commitment to pediatric patient safety
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in PICU protocols and equipment
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication with kids and families
