Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6-hour assignments as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Monitor vital signs and ensure smooth recoveries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Advocate for young patients during critical recovery phases
- Contribute to a healing environment that prioritizes kids' well-being
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- PACU or critical care background a plus
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Compassionate approach to pediatric care
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment skills for post-op pediatric patients
- Expertise in anesthesia recovery protocols
- Excellent communication with families and teams
- Proficiency in pediatric monitoring equipment
- Calm demeanor in high-stakes recovery situations
