Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
- Support families during challenging times with empathy and expertise
- Contribute to a healing environment focused on young patients
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Compassionate demeanor for working with children and families
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong med/surg assessment skills
- Pediatric patient care expertise
- Excellent communication with kids and parents
- Team collaboration in a fast-paced unit
