Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
- Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Advocate for young patients and their families every step of the way
- Contribute to a healing environment at Shriners Children's Hospital
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills in med/surg settings
- Compassionate demeanor for working with kids and families
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- RN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric assessment and intervention
- Medication administration and IV skills
- Patient monitoring and documentation
- Family-centered communication
- Team collaboration in fast-paced units
