Roles & Responsibilities

• Room patients with care and precision, building trust from the first hello
• Master phlebotomy to keep the diagnostic flow seamless
• Provide expert central line care ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Assist with bone marrow biopsies, supporting critical diagnostic moments
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to guide personalized care plans
• Handle telephone triage with confidence, prioritizing needs effectively
• Deliver impactful patient education and case management for lasting health outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license ready to make a difference
• BCLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with acute oncology or hematology a plus
• Phlebotomy skills are essential - bring your A-game
• Bring your own stethoscope to dive right in
• 1st time travelers warmly welcomed alongside seasoned pros

Education

• RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

• Phlebotomy expertise that's non-negotiable
• Central line care and bone marrow biopsy assistance
• Telephone triage and patient assessment mastery
• Patient education and case management prowess
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
• Preferred: Oncology clinic experience, ONS, BMTCN, or OCN certifications
