Shift Type: Rotating shifts; Every Other Weekend and Holidays required; Labor Day mandatory

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess, triage, and treat acute medical conditions with speed and accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in emergency procedures and trauma care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
