Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hemodialysis care to patients with kidney conditions
• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and home care
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Dialysis nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures
• Understanding of renal disease and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and strong documentation practices
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
