Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate respiratory care to patients with pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders, including emergency and intensive care
• Interview, examine, and assess patients to understand their breathing and cardiopulmonary health
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement personalized patient treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests like lung capacity measurements to inform treatment
• Deliver therapies including chest physiotherapy, aerosol medications, CPAP, and BiPAP
• Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment and participate in quality assurance activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Active Michigan state license (or ability to obtain)
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
