Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry equipment and interpret cardiac rhythms to ensure patient safety
• Provide compassionate, direct patient care to telemetry patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Respond swiftly to cardiac emergencies and life-threatening situations

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois (Nursys verified)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
• Telemetry experience preferred; new grads with strong skills welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• EPIC charting and documentation
• Critical thinking and quick decision-making in high-pressure settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
