Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Assess patient conditions and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Participate in orientation and training of new staff
• Perform nursing duties as needed and provide clinical support

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts per diem

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in nursing care and patient assessment
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
