Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate on crafting personalized patient care plans that truly make a difference
- Lead medication education sessions for patients and families, empowering them with knowledge
- Document emotional and mental observations with precision to support top-notch care
- Facilitate teaching and educational groups that inspire growth and recovery
- Train LPNs and MHTs in essential skills like charting, vital signs, and de-escalation
- Serve as a positive role model, fostering a healing environment through your professionalism
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Psych experience
- Active Oklahoma State RN License
- BLS (AHA) certification
- NIH certification
- De-Escalation training preferred
- Recent traveler experience preferred

- RN licensure required
