Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill children
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
• Educate and support families through challenging times

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent PICU experience preferred
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• ACLS certification preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with pediatric advanced life support
