Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care as a circulator in the operating room
• Assist in orthopedic and ENT surgeries, ensuring patient safety
• Monitor patient status during procedures and document accurately
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Participate in on-call coverage to handle emergency cases

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in California
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
• Current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience in Orthopedic and ENT surgeries required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Ability to take call and work every other weekend

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Perioperative nursing and circulator role expertise
• Knowledge of orthopedic and ENT surgical procedures
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Critical thinking and ability to handle emergencies
