Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, RTs, and nurses
• Educate and support families during challenging moments
• Accurately document all care in the Cerner EMR system

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Active RN license (compact accepted)
• NRP certification required
• Stable and NIC-RNC certifications strongly preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized personality fit

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong neonatal assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
• Comfortable working in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with family-centered care approaches
