Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and responding promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care
• Maintain a calm, organized environment while prioritizing multiple patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• No minimum experience required - new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
• Skilled in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Comfort with IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on positive patient outcomes
