Location: Woodsville, NH

Start Date: 04-01-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 12.5-hour shifts; exact start and end times vary by assignment and will be provided upon scheduling. Rotating availability required, including days, evenings, and nights as needed.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality Med/Surg nursing care to adult patients
Assess and monitor patient condition, escalating concerns promptly
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility policy
Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered care
Participate in orientation and follow facility protocols to maintain safety and standards
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (ability to practice in New Hampshire preferred)
Med/Surg clinical experience or demonstrated competence in medical-surgical care
Willingness to attend required orientation for this assignment
Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic Med/Surg procedures and post-operative care principles
Time management, prioritization, and patient advocacy
Ability to use electronic medical records and follow facility policies
