Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate Med/Surg nursing care to adult patients
Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely, following facility protocols
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with families
Monitor patient progress and promptly document changes in condition
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to support recovery
Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring colleagues and promoting teamwork

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in New Hampshire
Experience or strong familiarity with Med/Surg nursing practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Demonstrated ability to provide safe medication administration and patient assessment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Med/Surg clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced acute care setting
Compassionate patient- and family-centered care approach
