Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients in a 32-bed surgical acute care unit
• Manage trauma patients and administer all acute medications, including Heparin drips
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and care coordination

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Documented med/tele experience is a must
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• NICHE training, skilled nursing, or rehab experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Trauma care and acute medication administration
• Heparin drip management
• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Geriatric patient care
