Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse med-surg patient population
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond quickly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions
• Document patient progress and outcomes with precision and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous med-surg experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
