Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on the medical-surgical unit
Perform thorough assessments and communicate changes clearly to the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to develop and follow care plans
Document care and patient status thoroughly and timely
Support patient and family education and discharge planning

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (appropriate for practice in New Hampshire)
Experience or background in medical-surgical nursing
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts as part of a per-diem schedule
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring abilities
Proficient in medication administration and documentation
Good prioritization skills in a fast-paced inpatient setting
Ability to collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff
Empathy and patient advocacy as core strengths
