Location: Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, days and nights, with every other weekend rotation. Block scheduling may be requested.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients and their newborns in a busy LDRP unit
Attend deliveries independently and assist with cesarean sections in the OR
Manage high-risk patients including those with preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance use issues
Titrate medications such as magnesium, Pitocin, and insulin as needed
Collaborate with a supportive team including OB hospitalists, NNP, anesthesia, and surgical techs
Function in both labor/delivery and mother-baby/postpartum settings, ensuring continuity of care

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent LDRP experience required
Comfortable attending deliveries and circulating in c-sections
Must hold a valid RN license in Washington or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced fetal heart monitoring (FHM) preferred
Previous travel experience preferred but not required for experienced candidates

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic fetal monitoring (Centricity Perinatal)
Experienced with postpartum and newborn care
Strong communication and adaptability skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
