Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Assess and triage patients efficiently
Develop and implement effective care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar ER or trauma setting
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with central line placement, MTP, chest tubes, and trauma care
Comfortable working in a high-acuity environment with diverse patient population

Education

Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in ER and trauma care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and EMR experience (PulseCheck or Picis)
