Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced freestanding ER setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to critical changes
- Perform blood draws, medication administration, and life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of RNs, paramedics, and rad techs
- Utilize advanced equipment including Lucas Device, EKG, BiPAP, and Glidescope
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact license
- Minimum one year of Critical Care experience in ICU or Emergency Room
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making
- Proficiency with Meditech EMR
- Team nursing approach with 4-to-1 patient ratios
- Comfort working with limited resources in a 6-bed unit
