Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced freestanding ER setting
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to critical changes
Perform blood draws, medication administration, and life-saving interventions
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of RNs, paramedics, and rad techs
Utilize advanced equipment including Lucas Device, EKG, BiPAP, and Glidescope

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum one year of Critical Care experience in ICU or Emergency Room
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Team nursing approach with 4-to-1 patient ratios
Comfort working with limited resources in a 6-bed unit
