Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in their daily activities
• Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in California
• BLS certification preferred
• Recent clinical experience as a CNA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
