Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced emergency department
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide timely interventions
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond swiftly to emergencies
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (required)
• At least 1 year of recent ED experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in emergency nursing procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent assessment and triage skills
• Comfortable with high patient volumes
• Knowledge of emergency department protocols and equipment
