Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional critical care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
• Monitor and manage hemodynamic status and cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer advanced cardiac medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on recovery and care plans

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 1 year of CVICU or intensive care experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and interpretation of arrhythmias
• Knowledge of ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with critical care equipment and procedures
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure
