Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU setting during night shifts
• Float to telemetry and medical-surgical units as needed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois (Nursys verified)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications required
• Ability to float between ICU, telemetry, and med-surg units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Intensive care unit (ICU) nursing
• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Medical-surgical nursing principles
• Critical care protocols and procedures
